11-1-9: VILLAGE BOARD WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS:

The Village Board, when it deems it appropriate, such as when no public improvements are necessary, can waive the application of the various subdivision requirements to the extent it determines it necessary or appropriate, and provided that such waiver shall not be contrary to the purpose and intent of this Title. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
