11-1-8: DIVISION OF LANDS WITHOUT PLATTING UNLAWFUL:

No lot or tract of land located within the Village or within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the territorial limits of the Village shall be divided, subdivided, or developed through a planned unit development without complying with the terms and conditions of this Title. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
