From and after the passage of this Title, no plat of subdivision shall be valid unless and until it has been approved by the Village Board, and duly signed by the Village President, in accordance with the procedures hereinafter provided. All plats of a subdivision shall comply with this Title as hereinafter set forth, and all other applicable Village ordinances, except as herein otherwise provided. (Ord. 96-445, 7-2-1996)
