1-13-3: AUTHORIZATION:

Individuals authorized to issue code violations are any and all police officers, building code inspectors and any other person appointed by the village administrator to issue code violations. These individuals shall be called "compliance administrators". (Ord. 2008-752, 2-5-2008)
