A. Lot Area: Any principal use as shown in Column 2, together with all accessory uses, shall be located on a lot having an area as shown in Column 3 of Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter, except that certain particular uses shall have a minimum lot area as provided in Section 10-5-4, Standards for Certain Permitted Uses.
B. Lot Width: Any principal use together with all accessory uses shall be located on a lot having a minimum width as shown in Column 4 or Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter. The lot width shall be measured between the side lot lines at the building line. For lots fronting on curvalinear streets the chord measurement shall be used. For lots located on cul-de-sacs, the actual frontage at the right-of-way line shall be not less than sixty feet (60').
C. Front Yard: Each lot shall have a front yard as shown on Column 5 of Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter.
D. Rear Yard: Each lot shall have a rear yard as shown in Column 6 of Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter.
E. Side Yards: Each lot shall have a side yard extending along the side lot lines on opposite sides of the lot, the total width of which shall be not less than as shown in Column 7 and no side yard shall be less than shown in Column 8 of Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter.
F. Yard Abutting A Street: Any side or rear yard which abuts a street shall have a width of not less than as shown in Column 9 or Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter.
G. Yard Abutting A Residential Zone: Any side or rear yard in any business or industrial district which abuts a residential district shall have a width as shown in Column 10 of Table 2, Lot Area, Yard and Bulk Regulations, Section 10-4-4 of this Chapter.
H. Lot Coverage: The total ground area occupied by any principal building together with all accessory buildings shall not exceed the percent of the total area of the lot as shown in section 10-4-4, table 2, "Lot Size, Yard And Bulk Regulations", column 11 of this chapter.
I. Floor Area Ratio: The combined floor area ratio for any principal building together with all accessory buildings shall not exceed the ratio shown in section 10-4-4, table 2, "Lot Size, Yard And Bulk Regulations", column 12 of this chapter.
J. Height Of Principal Use: No principal building or other structure shall exceed the height in feet, nor the height in stories, as shown in section 10-4-4, table 2, "Lot Size, Yard And Bulk Regulations", columns 13 and 14 of this chapter.
K. Height Of Accessory Use: No accessory building or other structure shall exceed the height in feet, nor the height in stories, shown in section 10-4-4, table 2, "Lot Size, Yard And Bulk Regulations", columns 15 and 16 of this chapter. (Ord. 91-341, 4-2-1991)
