This Title shall apply to all buildings, structures, land and uses of land within the Village. All structures and land uses constructed or commenced hereafter and all enlargements of, additions to, changes in or relocations of existing structures or uses occurring hereafter shall be subject to this Title. Existing structures and uses which do not legally comply with the regulations of this Title shall be allowed to continue subject to the provisions of Chapter 6 of this Title relating to legal nonconformances.
