9-1-14: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS:

This Title is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions; however, where this Title and other ordinances, easement, covenants or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail. (Ord. 257, 7-11-1988)
