8-5-4: VILLAGE STANDARDS AND SUPERVISION:
Each street or portion thereof shall be constructed by the permit applicant to village standards under the supervision of the village engineer and must be approved by the village engineer prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the single-family residence or other principal structure.
