A. Adjacent To Paved Street: If the street which provides access to the applicant's parcel is paved but not paved along the frontage of the applicant's parcel, as a condition of issuance of a building permit for a single-family residence or other principal structure, the permit applicant shall improve to current village standards the street adjacent to the front side of his parcel, as determined by the front of the proposed house or other principal structure to be built on the parcel, for the entire length of the frontage of his parcel to the closest paved portion of the street to thereby create a continuous paved street surface up to and along said parcel.
B. Adjacent To Gravel Street: If the street which provides access to the applicant's parcel is gravel but not gravel along the frontage of the applicant's parcel, as a condition of issuance of a building permit for a single-family residence or other principal structure, the permit applicant shall improve to current village standards the street adjacent to the front side of his parcel, as determined by the front of the proposed house or other principal structure to be built on the parcel, for the entire length of the frontage of his parcel to the closest gravel portion of the street to thereby create a continuous gravel street surface up to and along said parcel.
C. Adjacent To Undeveloped Street: If the street which provides access to the applicant's parcel has not been installed, or is not gravel, or is not paved to village standards, and the street is not paved or gravel along the frontage of the applicant's parcel, as a condition of issuance of a building permit for a single-family residence or other principal structure, the permit applicant shall improve to current village standards the street adjacent to the front side of his parcel, as determined by the front of the proposed house or other principal structure to be built on the parcel, for the entire length of the frontage of his parcel to the closest street intersection to thereby create a continuous gravel street surface up to and along said parcel.
