8-1-1-3: BUILDING INSPECTIONS:
After a building permit is issued and during the course of construction, the building department makes periodic inspections to ensure compliance with the applicable building code provisions. At the time of each such inspection, it shall be the responsibility of the permittee to have an individual on site who can communicate in the English language with village inspectors and is well versed with the work which is the subject of the inspection to answer any questions and provide any necessary information. If a permittee fails to abide by this requirement, the property shall be red tagged and no further construction shall occur until the permittee pays the reinspection fee and obtains a reinspection in accordance with the requirements of this section.
