It is essential to the health and safety of park visitors and neighboring residents that the park shelter capacities within Wadsworth Community Park not be exceeded.
A. No more than one hundred (100) persons shall be permitted at the large (east) shelter and no more than twenty five (25) persons per shelter shall be permitted at the other shelters that are west of said large (east) shelter.
B. In the event that the capacity is exceeded at any given shelter, the event at that shelter shall be subject to immediate termination by an authorized village official. All persons at the shelter shall be required to immediately depart the park. Any reservation pertaining thereto shall be immediately revoked and all fees and deposits shall be forfeited.
