6-5-2: PROHIBITED ON ANY STREET OR WAY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to park, store or leave any licensed or unlicensed motor vehicle or part(s) thereof which is in a junked, wrecked, partially dismantled, inoperative or abandoned condition, whether attended or not, upon any part of any street or way within the Village at any time. (Ord. 150, 3-9-1981)
