6-1-3: RECKLESS AND NEGLIGENT DRIVING:

A. Offense: It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle in the Village in a reckless or wanton manner or in a careless manner or in a negligent manner or as so to unnecessarily endanger life and property. (Ord. 18, 11-14-1963)

B. Penalty: Any violation of this section shall subject the violator to the penalties set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1996 Code)
