5-6-12: HARASSMENT:

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally harass, threaten, stalk, follow or otherwise act in such a manner as shall reasonably be calculated to produce fear, trepidation and/or mental or physical anxiety in another person. (Ord. 2004-653, 3-2-2004)
