5-5-2: SALE, USE OR EXPLOSION OF FIREWORKS PROHIBITED:

Except as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly possess, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, or use or explode any fireworks. For the purposes of this chapter, "person" shall mean any individual, association, partnership, corporation, or any other legal entity. (Ord. 2000-567, 11-21-2000)
