Village residents are strongly encouraged to maintain their yards in an ecologically sound manner. They are encouraged to compost yard waste at their homesites. They are equally encouraged, if they engage landscape contractors, to require that all yard waste be composted on or off site. It shall be unlawful to commingle yard waste with other solid waste materials. (Ord. 2013-905, 8-20-2013)
