4-1-6: SUMP PUMP DISCHARGES:

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person to discharge sump pump or downspout water, directly or indirectly, upon an adjacent owner's property, unless the village engineer determines that such a discharge is consistent with sound engineering practice. (Ord. 91-347, 7-2-1991)
