1-5-5: ADOPTION OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER REVISED:

The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in the latest published edition of "Robert's Rules Of Order Revised" shall govern the board in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with the special rules of this board. (Ord. 11, 1-14-1963)
