A. Regular Meetings: The regular meetings of the board of trustees shall be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month of the year at six o'clock (6:00) P.M. at the Wadsworth Village Hall, 14155 West Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth, Illinois, or such other location as may be designated from time to time by the village board. The duration of said meetings shall not exceed two (2) hours, but may be extended following approval by the village board. (Ord. 2013-889, 2-5-2013)
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings of the village board may be called by the president, or by any three (3) trustees in accordance with the provisions of the open meetings act. Notice shall be given to each board member as soon as possible. (Ord. 2011-840, 4-19-2011)
C. Quorum: If no quorum be present, the board of trustees members present shall adjourn or recess the board by a majority vote to another day. (Ord. 11, 1-14-1963; amd. 1996 Code)
D. Public Comment: The public shall be permitted to comment at all regular village board meetings in accordance with the open meetings act, under such rules as may be determined from time to time by the village board. (Ord. 2011-840, 4-19-2011)
