Pursuant to R.C. § 1347.08(D) this city establishes $5 as the reasonable fee to be charged a person who requests to inspect information as provided in R.C. § 1347.08 which consists of a personnel record or income tax record, provided, that if such person inspects the information for a period of longer than one hour, he shall pay an additional fee of $5 per hour. These fees shall be payable in advance at the office of the Director of Public Service. No fee shall be charged for the inspection of a personal information record pursuant to R.C. § 1347.08, where the record is not a personnel record or an income tax record.
