§ 35.321 CITY ENGINEER.
   On and after January 1, 2004, the Engineering Services Manager shall be deemed to be the city engineer for purposes of any sections of the Ohio Revised Code or the Code of Ordinances of the city that use the term "the city engineer." The Engineering Services Supervisor shall be deemed to be the deputy city engineer and may function as city engineer in the absence of the Engineering Services Manager.
