The Director of Public Service may acquire and accept such utility easements as he or she determines to be needed by the Department of Public Service for all municipally owned utilities and for the inspection of storm water detention/retention basins and appurtenances. The Director of Public Service may acquire and accept other easements, including easements for roads and driveways, when authorized by City Council.
