(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Pursuant to § 51.04(M), the offender who, within the period of time stated in such notice, does not permanently cease all violations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $100 for each violation. Each day in which the violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition, any person violating any provision of this division (M) shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of said violation.
