A brew pub off-sale license may be issued upon the following conditions:
(A) The applicant must be the holder of a valid brewers license under M.S. § 340A.301.
(B) A validly licensed restaurant as defined by this chapter must operate on the brew pub premises.
(C) The brew pub must demonstrate compliance with all zoning ordinance standards pertaining to restaurants and brew pubs.
(D) Sales under this license may not exceed 500 barrels per year.
(E) All other provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to such licenses and licensees unless inconsistent with the provisions of this section.
(F) All malt liquor sold under this license shall be packaged in a manner compliant with M.S. § 340A.285 as amended.
(G) The applicant shall pay the appropriate license fee as established annually by resolution of the City Council.
