A brew pub on-sale license may be issued upon the following conditions:
(A) The applicant must be the holder of a valid brewers license under M.S. § 340A.301.
(B) A validity licensed restaurant as defined by this chapter must operate on the brew pub premises.
(C) The brew pub must demonstrate compliance with all zoning ordinance standards pertaining to restaurants and brew pubs.
(D) Total retail sales may not exceed 3,500 barrels of malt liquor per year of which off-sale sales may not exceed 500 barrels per year.
(E) All other provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to such licenses and licensees unless inconsistent with the provisions of this section.
(F) The applicant shall pay the appropriate license fee as established annually by resolution of the City Council.
