§ 31.23 PARK ADVISORY BOARD.
   (A)   Establishment and composition. A Park Advisory Board composed of seven members is hereby established.
   (B)   Duties. The duties of the Park Advisory Board are to advise the Council as to the maintenance and improvement of the public parks and recreational facilities.
