§ 31.21 LIBRARY BOARD.

(A) Establishment and composition. A Library Board composed of nine members is hereby established. Board members shall serve staggered three-year terms.

(B) Duties. The duties of the Library Board are to advise the Council as to management and operation of the City Library and the maintenance and improvement of Library facilities.
