(A) Private sewage disposal systems. It is unlawful to construct any private sewage disposal system which is not in full compliance with the State Plumbing Code requirements.
(B) Private water wells. The Water Well Construction Code, adopted by the State Board of Health, is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein. One copy of said Code shall be marked “City of Wadena - Official Copy” and kept on file in the office of the Building Inspector and open to inspection and use by the public. It is unlawful to construct any private water well except in accordance with said Code.
