§ 130.47 OBSTRUCTING LEGAL PROCESS OR ARREST.

It is unlawful for anyone to intentionally obstruct, hinder, or prevent the lawful execution of any legal process, civil or criminal, or apprehension of another on a charge or conviction of a criminal offense.
