§ 130.42 CONSPIRACY.
   (A)   To cause arrest or prosecution. It is unlawful for any person to conspire with another to cause a third person to be arrested or prosecuted on a criminal charge knowing the charge to be false.
   (B)   To commit a crime. It is unlawful for any person to conspire with another to commit a crime.
