§ 130.15 JUNK CARS, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS, AND APPLIANCES STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful to park or store any unlicensed, unregistered, or inoperable motor vehicle, household furnishings, or appliances on public or private property in a residence district, unless housed within a lawfully erected building in the residence district. Any violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance and, upon seven days’ written notice to the owner, as shown by the records in the office of the County Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found, the city may remove the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment.
