§ 121.053 HOURS AND DAYS OF SALE OF BEER.
   No sale of beer shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday, Monday through Saturday inclusive, nor on any Sunday between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m, nor after 8:00 p.m. on December 24.
