§ 121.051 TEMPORARY BEER LICENSE.
   (A)   Applicant. A club or charitable, religious, or nonprofit organization, duly incorporated as a nonprofit or religious corporation under the laws of the state, and having its registered office and principal place of activity within the city, shall qualify for a temporary on-sale beer license.
   (B)   Conditions.
      (1)   An application for a temporary license shall state the exact dates and place of proposed temporary sale.
      (2)   If the premises proposed to be licensed are city-owned property, the Council may, as a condition to issuance of the license, require insurance coverage.
      (3)   The applicant shall comply with all other restrictions, limitations, and regulations for the sale of beer under the this code of ordinances or statutes.
