§ 121.034 DUPLICATE LICENSES.
   (A)   Duplicates of all original licenses may be issued by the City Administrator without action by the Council, upon licensee’s affidavit that the original has been lost, and upon payment of a fee as set by City Council resolution for issuance of the duplicate.
   (B)   All duplicate licenses shall be clearly marked “Duplicate”.
