§ 116.08 SELF-SERVICE SALES.
   It shall be unlawful for a licensee under this chapter to allow the sale of tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco related devices or electronic delivery devices by any means where the customer may have access to such items without having to request the item from the licensee or the licensee’s employee and whereby there is not a physical exchange of cigarettes between the licensee or his of her clerk and the customer. Self-service sales of tobacco, tobacco products, and other related devices, other than cigarettes, are authorized only in a retail store, which derive at least 90% of its revenue from tobacco, and tobacco related products and which cannot be entered at any time by persons younger than 18 years of age.
