§ 115.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates, neglects, refuses to comply with, or assists or participates in any way in the violation of any of the provisions or requirements of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor as defined in this chapter. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
