(A) Whenever a massage is given, it shall be required by the masseur or masseuse that the person who is receiving the massage shall have his or her buttocks, anus, and genitals covered with an appropriate non-transparent covering.
(B) Any masseur performing any massage shall at all times have his anus, buttocks, and genitals covered with a non-transparent material.
(C) Any masseuse performing massage shall at all times have her breasts, buttocks, anus, and genitals covered with a non-transparent material.
