Regular meetings of the Council shall be held in the Council Chambers in the City Administrative Center on the days and at the hours set by resolution of the Council at the first regular meeting in January each year; provided, that if any regular meeting shall fall on a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held on the next following business day.
