§ 90.10 LIMITING SPEED OF RAILROAD TRAINS.
   It is unlawful for any person operating or in charge of a railroad train, car, engine, or other railroad equipment, or combination of such equipment, to operate such equipment at a greater rate of speed than is reasonable and proper, having due regard to the conditions then existing.
