To allow for the use and development of a mix of uses typical in the traditional city community including single-family and multi-family residential structures and accessory uses, yards and associated uses, small service and retail businesses and institutional and recreational uses serving the residents of the community.
(B) Uses. See the Use Chart located in § 162.060 of this chapter for all permitted, conditional and interim uses.
