§ 160.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has, in M.S. Ch. 103F, 412 and 191 and §§ 462.351 through 462.365 and 471.62, as they may be amended from time to time, delegated the responsibility to local government units to adopt regulations designated to minimize flood losses.
