§ 158.079 EXPLORATORY BORING SETBACKS.
   The following setbacks shall be applicable to exploratory drilling sites:
   (A)   Required setbacks from road centerline:
      (1)   One hundred thirty feet for state highways;
      (2)   One hundred feet for county and state aid roads; and
      (3)   Sixty-five feet for city streets.
   (B)   Two hundred feet to adjoining property line;
   (C)   Five hundred feet to nearest occupied residence;
   (D)   One hundred feet to any overhead or underground electrical line;
   (E)   One hundred and fifty feet to any gas line;
   (F)   One hundred and fifty feet to a preparation or storage area of spray materials, commercial fertilizers or chemicals that may result in pollution of the soil or ground water;
   (G)   One hundred feet from a below grade manure storage area if in conformance with the state’s Pollution Control Agency;
   (H)   One hundred feet from a buried sewer, septic tank, subsurface disposal field or privy;
   (I)   Two hundred feet from existing water wells; and
   (J)   Two hundred feet from any lake, stream or river.
