§ 158.056 COMPLETION; TERMINATION.
   The following standards shall apply along with any additional or more stringent standards adopted under subsequent state law.
   (A)   Reclamation for each cell shall be completed within one calendar year after operation ceases.
   (B)   Within a period of three months after the termination of a operation, or within three months after abandonment of the operation for a period of six months, or within three months after expiration of a permit, all buildings, structures and plans incidental to the operation shall be dismantled and removed by, and at the expense of, the mining operator last operating the buildings, structures and plants.
   (C)   At least four months prior to the commencement of reclamation, the operator shall notify the city of its intent to commence reclamation. A preconstruction meeting shall be held at which the mine operator and the on-site reclamation construction supervisor shall attend to review the terms and conditions of the mining permit.
