Roadway and site dust control shall be required and may be accomplished via methods approved by the city, which may include, but are not limited to, berming, landscaping, watering, dust extraction equipment, wheel washing, paving and the like. Operators shall be responsible for providing continuous dust control during facility operation and during hauling activity on gravel roads used to access the facility.
