With the issuance of a mining permit, the city reserves the right to inspect the mine site for compliance with this and other sections of city code and any conditions issued as part of the permit. At city staff discretion, county, state or federal authorities may be contacted to assist the city in determining compliance to any local, state or federal regulations.
