§ 158.024 ACCESS ROADS.
   All access roads must meet city, county and/or state standards. The location of the intersection of access roads with any public roads shall be selected such that traffic on the access roads or public roads will have a sufficient site and breaking distance and room enough for adequate turn radii. Sufficiency shall be determined by the authority of the public road.
