§ 156.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who fails to comply with any of the conditions of a permit issued under §§ 156.15 through 156.17 of this chapter or who fails to complete the excavating or grading in the time prescribed in the application or permit, or who fails to act in accordance with the requirements authorized by the perm it, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
