A certified copy of the contractor’s insurance policy, which shall name the city as an additional insured under the coverage provided by the policy, shall be filed with the Clerk. This insurance policy shall be not less than $100,000 for bodily injury to or death of one person and $250,000 on account of any one accident and $50,000 for property damage.
