§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   A violation of any provision of this chapter by an owner, occupant or any other person constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not more than $700 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate offense.
