The Planning Office shall require the immediate repair or removal of any sign or sign structure which has been damaged or has deteriorated so as to become a public hazard. Such a sign or sign structure may be restored to its original condition within 30 days of the order to remove the hazard and, if the sign is non-conforming, the restoration is in accordance with § 153.20 of this chapter.
